These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to, browsing of, registration upon, and use of the website, mobile application, software platform, communication systems, application programming interfaces, digital interfaces, customer support systems, payment facilitation systems, and all related services, functionalities, software, technology infrastructure, and marketplace facilities made available by TaskVeer Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 204-C, BHAGWATI, NAGAR FIRST, KARTARPURA, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN 302006 (“Company”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms shall be read together with the Company’s separately published Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Standards, Independent Service Provider Policies, and other supplemental disclosures or operational policies issued from time to time.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy are separate standalone documents governing privacy practices, data processing, refunds, cancellations, credits, reversals, and related operational matters and shall apply independently in addition to these Terms.
The Platform operates as a technology-enabled intermediary marketplace and digital facilitation ecosystem enabling Customers to discover, communicate with, schedule, and make payments to independent third-party service providers offering short-term household and allied services.
The Company does not itself undertake, provide, supervise, guarantee, manage, control, or physically perform household services and merely provides technological infrastructure and marketplace facilitation services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and any individual, entity, customer, visitor, user, subscriber, or any person accessing or using the Platform (“User”, “Customer”, “you”, or “your”).
The Platform is a technology-based digital marketplace and intermediary platform that facilitates discovery, communication, scheduling, and payment facilitation between Customers and independent third-party service providers (“Independent Service Providers” or “ISPs”) for short-term household and allied services.
The Company does not itself provide household services and is not an employer, contractor, principal employer, staffing agency, labour supplier, or service provider in respect of the services rendered by Independent Service Providers.
By accessing, downloading, registering on, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner whatsoever, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, and all supplemental terms published by the Company from time to time.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1.1 Technology Intermediary Platform
The Platform is a technology-enabled intermediary marketplace that enables Customers to identify, connect with, communicate with, schedule, and make payments to Independent Service Providers offering household and allied services.
The Company merely provides:
(a) technology infrastructure;
(b) digital marketplace access;
(c) communication interface;
(d) scheduling tools;
(e) payment facilitation;
(f) customer support interface;
(g) profile listing and discovery mechanisms; and
(h) limited trust and safety features.
1.2 No Provision of Services by Company
The Company does not itself provide cleaning, housekeeping, cooking, domestic assistance, maintenance, caregiving, labour, repair, or any other physical services.
All such services are independently offered and performed solely by Independent Service Providers.
1.3 Independent Relationship Between Customer and ISP
The actual contract for services is entered into directly between the Customer and the relevant Independent Service Provider.
The Company is not a party to such service contract except as a limited technology intermediary facilitating interaction and payment.
1.4 No Employment Relationship
Independent Service Providers are independent third-party professionals and are not employees, agents, representatives, contractors, partners, franchisees, joint venture partners, or workers of the Company.
Nothing contained on the Platform or in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating:
(a) employer-employee relationship;
(b) principal-agent relationship;
(c) master-servant relationship;
(d) partnership;
(e) staffing arrangement; or
(f) labour supply arrangement.
1.5 Independence of ISPs
Each Independent Service Provider:
(a) independently determines whether to register on the Platform;
(b) independently chooses whether to accept or reject service opportunities;
(c) independently determines working hours and availability;
(d) may simultaneously work through competing platforms or independently;
(e) controls the manner and method of performing services;
(f) is solely responsible for taxes, statutory dues, and regulatory compliances applicable to them; and
(g) performs services at their own discretion and judgment.
1.6 Platform Standards
The Company may prescribe reasonable platform standards, safety standards, community standards, verification requirements, profile requirements, and customer experience standards solely for maintaining integrity, safety, trust, and functionality of the Platform.
Such standards shall not constitute supervision, employment control, or managerial control over Independent Service Providers.
1.7 Algorithmic Matching
The Platform may use automated systems, algorithms, ratings, customer feedback, geographic proximity, availability, historical performance, or marketplace parameters to display, rank, recommend, or connect Independent Service Providers with Customers.
Such ranking or recommendation shall not constitute endorsement, guarantee, certification, or representation by the Company.
2.1 Age Requirement
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws.
2.2 Legal Compliance
You agree to use the Platform only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, public order, morality, and these Terms.
2.3 Accurate Information
You shall provide complete, accurate, current, and truthful information at all times.
3.1 Registration
Users may be required to register and create an account.
The Company may request:
(a) name;
(b) mobile number;
(c) email address;
(d) address;
(e) identification documents;
(f) location information; and
(g) any other information reasonably required for verification, safety, fraud prevention, or compliance.
3.2 Responsibility for Account
You are solely responsible for:
(a) maintaining confidentiality of login credentials;
(b) all activities through your account;
(c) preventing unauthorized access.
3.3 Suspension
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for:
(a) breach of Terms;
(b) suspicious conduct;
(c) fraud;
(d) abusive behaviour;
(e) legal or regulatory reasons;
(f) safety concerns.
4.1 Booking Requests
Customers may request services through the Platform.
The Platform may display available Independent Service Providers based on:
(a) location;
(b) availability;
(c) ratings;
(d) service categories;
(e) algorithmic systems; and
(f) marketplace conditions.
4.2 No Guarantee of Availability
The Company does not guarantee:
(a) availability of any ISP;
(b) acceptance of booking;
(c) continuity of service;
(d) completion timelines;
(e) quality expectations;
(f) suitability for particular purposes.
4.3 Acceptance by ISP
Independent Service Providers retain full discretion to accept or reject service opportunities.
4.4 Customer Responsibilities and Independent Verification
The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Platform merely facilitates discovery and communication with Independent Service Providers and that the Customer shall independently evaluate, verify, supervise, and satisfy themselves regarding the suitability, identity, credentials, conduct, competence, safety, quality, reliability, and appropriateness of any Independent Service Provider before permitting such person to enter the Customer’s premises or render any services.
The Customer shall be solely responsible for:
(a) independently verifying the identity of the Independent Service Provider before permitting entry into the premises;
(b) independently verifying whether the Independent Service Provider is suitable for the Customer’s requirements;
(c) exercising independent judgment and discretion before availing services;
(d) supervising the services being rendered wherever the Customer considers supervision necessary or appropriate;
(e) independently monitoring and evaluating the quality, manner, standard, completeness, and outcome of services;
(f) taking appropriate precautions for safety and security of:
(i) family members;
(ii) children;
(iii) senior citizens;
(iv) pets;
(v) valuables;
(vi) confidential information;
(vii) movable property;
(viii) electronic devices; and
(ix) restricted areas within the premises;
(g) ensuring that adequate supervision is maintained over the activities being carried out at the premises;
(h) maintaining appropriate security measures including CCTV surveillance, restricted access controls, visitor logs, or verification protocols wherever deemed necessary by the Customer;
(i) independently determining whether the Customer wishes to continue, discontinue, or supervise engagement with any Independent Service Provider;
(j) ensuring that no unsafe, illegal, hazardous, violent, abusive, or inappropriate environment exists at the premises; and
(k) complying with all applicable laws relating to the premises and services.
The Company does not undertake any responsibility to physically supervise, monitor, inspect, control, direct, or guarantee the conduct, quality, competence, behaviour, identity, safety, or service outcomes of Independent Service Providers.
The Customer expressly acknowledges that any onboarding checks, profile verification, ratings, reviews, KYC checks, police verification, badges, certifications, or other trust and safety measures displayed on the Platform are limited facilitation measures only and shall not be construed as:
(a) guarantee of safety;
(b) certification of character;
(c) assurance of reliability;
(d) endorsement;
(e) warranty of conduct;
(f) guarantee of quality;
(g) guarantee against criminal conduct; or
(h) assurance of future behaviour.
The Customer further acknowledges and agrees that permitting entry of any Independent Service Provider into the Customer’s premises is solely at the Customer’s own independent discretion, judgment, supervision, and risk.
4.5 Unsafe Premises
Independent Service Providers may refuse or discontinue services where:
(a) safety risks exist;
(b) abusive behaviour occurs;
(c) illegal activity exists;
(d) premises are hazardous;
(e) harassment occurs.
4.6 Indicative Timelines
Any estimated arrival time or service duration is indicative only.
5.1 Marketplace Transaction Structure
The Platform facilitates digital marketplace transactions between Customers and Independent Service Providers.
The Company may:
(a) facilitate booking transactions;
(b) facilitate payments;
(c) collect convenience fees;
(d) collect technology charges;
(e) collect marketplace facilitation fees;
(f) facilitate settlement of booking amounts to Independent Service Providers.
5.2 Nature of Payment Collection
Amounts collected by the Platform in relation to bookings may include:
(a) service consideration payable to Independent Service Providers;
(b) platform facilitation fees;
(c) convenience fees;
(d) technology charges;
(e) taxes;
(f) cancellation charges;
(g) support charges;
(h) safety-related charges.
The Company may retain its applicable fees and facilitate settlement of the remaining amounts to Independent Service Providers in accordance with separate arrangements.
5.3 Dynamic Pricing
Pricing may vary dynamically depending upon:
(a) demand;
(b) marketplace conditions;
(c) urgency;
(d) location;
(e) service category;
(f) algorithmic systems;
(g) availability;
(h) operational conditions.
5.4 Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling requests, credits, reversals, prepaid balances, and related operational matters shall be governed by the separately published Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5.5 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions
Users shall remain liable for fraudulent chargebacks, wrongful reversals, payment abuse, unauthorized transaction disputes, or misuse of payment systems.
The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions, seek supporting documentation, withhold disputed amounts, suspend accounts, or take appropriate legal action.
5.6 Taxes and Invoicing
Applicable invoices, receipts, debit notes, credit notes, or tax documents may be issued in accordance with applicable tax laws and marketplace transaction structures.
5.7 Third-Party Payment Infrastructure
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banking systems, or payment infrastructure providers and the Company shall not be liable for delays, failures, reversals, interruptions, or technical issues attributable to such third parties.
5.8 Prepaid Balances and Credits
Any prepaid balance, credits, promotional credits, or wallet-like mechanisms made available on the Platform shall:
(a) remain non-transferable;
(b) remain non-interest bearing;
(c) remain subject to validity periods;
(d) not constitute deposits or banking instruments;
(e) remain governed by applicable policies.
6.1 Respectful Conduct
Customers shall treat Independent Service Providers with dignity and respect.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not:
(a) abuse;
(b) threaten;
(c) harass;
(d) discriminate;
(e) sexually harass;
(f) assault;
(g) exploit;
(h) engage in unlawful conduct.
6.3 Non-Solicitation
Customers shall not directly solicit Independent Service Providers to permanently bypass the Platform.
6.4 Customer Supervision and Safety Obligations
The Customer expressly acknowledges that household services inherently involve entry into private premises and interaction with persons, property, appliances, utilities, tools, and domestic environments and therefore the Customer shall exercise appropriate supervision, caution, judgment, and safety measures at all times.
The Customer shall remain solely responsible for:
(a) supervising service activities wherever appropriate;
(b) monitoring access within the premises;
(c) safeguarding family members, visitors, occupants, and dependents;
(d) securing valuables and confidential materials;
(e) restricting access to sensitive areas;
(f) independently assessing whether services are being properly performed;
(g) inspecting the quality and outcome of services;
(h) verifying completion and satisfaction before closure of service;
(i) ensuring safe electrical, structural, and environmental conditions at the premises; and
(j) taking all reasonable security precautions deemed appropriate by the Customer.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
(i) supervision of service activities;
(ii) inspection of service quality;
(iii) monitoring conduct at premises;
(iv) verifying work outcomes;
(v) supervision of tools, materials, or equipment;
(vi) protection of valuables;
(vii) premises security arrangements; or
(viii) decisions made by the Customer regarding access granted to Independent Service Providers.
6.5 Damage Claims and Reporting
Any claim regarding property damage, incomplete service, misconduct, or service-related dispute must:
(a) be reported within 24 hours;
(b) include photographs/videos;
(c) include supporting evidence.
Failure to timely report may result in rejection of claims.
6.6 Pre-Existing Defects
The Company and Independent Service Providers shall not be liable for:
(a) pre-existing defects;
(b) weak structures;
(c) ordinary wear and tear;
(d) hidden defects;
(e) fragile items.
6.6 Valuables
Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding:
(a) jewellery;
(b) cash;
(c) confidential documents;
(d) gadgets;
(e) valuables.
7.1 Verification Measures
The Company may conduct limited onboarding checks including:
(a) identity verification;
(b) address verification;
(c) mobile verification;
(d) document verification;
(e) police verification where available.
7.2 No Guarantee
Such verification does not constitute:
(a) guarantee of character;
(b) guarantee of future conduct;
(c) certification;
(d) warranty of safety.
Customers acknowledge that they independently evaluate suitability of ISPs.
8.1 Ownership
All Platform-related:
(a) software;
(b) trademarks;
(c) logos;
(d) content;
(e) graphics;
(f) databases;
(g) source code;
(h) interfaces;
are owned by or licensed to the Company.
8.2 Restrictions
Users shall not:
(a) copy;
(b) reverse engineer;
(c) scrape;
(d) reproduce;
(e) commercially exploit;
(f) misuse Platform content.
9.1 Reviews and Feedback
Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and feedback.
9.2 License
Users grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such content.
9.3 Prohibited Content
Users shall not upload:
(a) defamatory material;
(b) obscene content;
(c) unlawful content;
(d) false allegations;
(e) hate speech;
(f) malware.
The Platform operates solely as a technology-enabled intermediary marketplace facilitating interactions between Customers and Independent Service Providers.
Nothing contained in these Terms or on the Platform shall be interpreted as:
(a) creation of employer-employee relationship;
(b) labour supply arrangement;
(c) staffing arrangement;
(d) outsourcing contract;
(e) principal-agent relationship;
(f) guaranteed service contract by the Company.
Independent Service Providers:
(a) independently determine whether to register on the Platform;
(b) independently choose their availability;
(c) independently determine whether to accept service opportunities;
(d) may independently work through other platforms or independently outside the Platform;
(e) independently determine service methods and manner of work;
(f) are solely responsible for payment of taxes, statutory dues, registrations, licenses, and compliances applicable to them.
Independent Service Providers shall not be entitled to claim against the Company any:
(a) salary;
(b) minimum wages;
(c) overtime;
(d) gratuity;
(e) leave encashment;
(f) bonus;
(g) provident fund;
(h) ESI benefits;
(i) employment compensation; or
(j) employment-related benefits.
Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that:
(a) the Platform merely facilitates interaction and booking;
(b) Independent Service Providers independently render services;
(c) Customers independently evaluate whether to engage any Independent Service Provider;
(d) the Company does not guarantee quality, suitability, safety, supervision, or outcomes;
(e) Customers remain solely responsible for taking all precautions, supervision, verification, and safety measures.
The Platform may display:
(a) pricing information;
(b) ratings;
(c) reviews;
(d) service categories;
(e) estimated timelines;
(f) cancellation terms;
(g) grievance mechanisms;
(h) marketplace disclosures;
in accordance with applicable e-commerce and consumer protection laws.
The Company may:
(a) collect facilitation fees;
(b) collect convenience fees;
(c) collect technology charges;
(d) facilitate collection of booking amounts on behalf of Independent Service Providers;
(e) issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, or receipts in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Users acknowledge that taxes may apply depending on transaction structure and applicable laws.
Electronic records including:
(a) booking logs;
(b) communications;
(c) chat records;
(d) timestamps;
(e) payment records;
(f) geo-location records;
(g) digital acknowledgements;
(h) IP logs;
may be maintained and relied upon for compliance, investigation, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal proceedings.
Users agree not to:
(a) hack;
(b) scrape;
(c) reverse engineer;
(d) interfere with platform operations;
(e) upload malicious code;
(f) misuse digital systems;
(g) impersonate others;
(h) misuse customer or ISP data.
Users consent to receiving:
(a) transactional messages;
(b) OTPs;
(c) booking updates;
(d) WhatsApp communications;
(e) service notifications;
(f) support communications;
(g) compliance notices.
The Company may retain, process, disclose, or share information:
(a) where required under applicable law;
(b) for fraud prevention;
(c) for cybersecurity;
(d) for dispute resolution;
(e) pursuant to lawful governmental requests;
(f) for enforcement of these Terms.
The manner of collection, storage, processing, retention, sharing, disclosure, transfer, protection, and use of personal information and digital personal data shall be governed by the separately published Privacy Policy of the Company.
Users consent to receiving:
(a) calls;
(b) SMS;
(c) emails;
(d) WhatsApp communications;
(e) push notifications;
(f) in-app communications;
(g) support messages;
(h) transactional alerts;
(i) legally required notices;
through electronic means.
Electronic records, logs, acknowledgements, OTP verifications, booking records, payment records, chat records, timestamps, IP logs, geo-location records, and digital communications may be preserved and relied upon for:
(a) platform operations;
(b) fraud prevention;
(c) investigations;
(d) dispute resolution;
(e) legal compliance;
(f) law enforcement cooperation.
Users shall not:
(a) hack;
(b) scrape;
(c) reverse engineer;
(d) disrupt systems;
(e) introduce malware;
(f) misuse digital infrastructure;
(g) impersonate other persons;
(h) misuse customer or Independent Service Provider information.
Users consent to collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Data may be processed for:
(a) bookings;
(b) communication;
(c) fraud prevention;
(d) safety;
(e) analytics;
(f) legal compliance.
Information may be shared with:
(a) Independent Service Providers;
(b) payment processors;
(c) cloud vendors;
(d) analytics vendors;
(e) law enforcement authorities where legally required.
The Company uses commercially reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute cybersecurity.
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
The Company makes no warranties regarding:
(a) uninterrupted operation;
(b) suitability;
(c) merchantability;
(d) service outcomes;
(e) safety;
(f) quality.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for:
(a) acts or omissions of Independent Service Providers;
(b) quality, suitability, competence, or outcome of services;
(c) supervision or monitoring of service activities;
(d) conduct, negligence, recklessness, or unlawful acts of Independent Service Providers;
(e) theft, misconduct, fraud, assault, harassment, or criminal acts allegedly committed by Independent Service Providers;
(f) service dissatisfaction or quality disputes;
(g) delays, cancellations, or incomplete services;
(h) property damage;
(i) personal injury;
(j) loss of valuables;
(k) security incidents;
(l) customer decisions to permit access to premises; or
(m) the Customer’s failure to independently supervise or verify Independent Service Providers.
The Customer expressly acknowledges that:
(i) the Company does not physically supervise or monitor Independent Service Providers;
(ii) the Company cannot guarantee future conduct or service outcomes;
(iii) Customers are solely responsible for independently determining whether to engage any Independent Service Provider;
(iv) Customers are solely responsible for taking all safety, supervision, verification, and security precautions deemed necessary by them;
(v) any engagement with an Independent Service Provider is undertaken entirely at the Customer’s own independent discretion and risk.
Customers engage ISPs at their own independent judgment and risk.
To the maximum extent permissible under law, the Company shall not be liable for:
(a) indirect damages;
(b) consequential losses;
(c) loss of profits;
(d) reputational losses;
(e) emotional distress;
(f) incidental damages.
The aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the lower of:
(a) fees received by the Company in relation to the booking; or
(b) INR 5,000.
The Company shall not be liable for physical services independently rendered by ISPs.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives against all losses, claims, proceedings, liabilities, penalties, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
(a) misuse of Platform;
(b) breach of Terms;
(c) violation of laws;
(d) disputes with ISPs;
(e) user misconduct.
The Company may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion for:
(a) legal risk;
(b) abuse;
(c) fraud;
(d) unsafe conduct;
(e) breach of Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by laws of India.
Subject to arbitration, courts at JAIPUR shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator mutually appointed.
Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures arising from:
(a) natural disasters;
(b) pandemic;
(c) riots;
(d) government action;
(e) cyber attacks;
(f) infrastructure failures;
(g) telecom failures;
(h) third-party disruptions.
Users shall immediately report to the Company any:
(a) criminal allegations;
(b) theft allegations;
(c) harassment allegations;
(d) assault allegations;
(e) security incidents;
(f) fraudulent conduct;
(g) extortion attempts;
(h) blackmail;
(i) unauthorized recordings;
(j) child safety concerns;
(k) emergency situations.
The Company may cooperate with:
(a) police authorities;
(b) courts;
(c) governmental agencies;
(d) cybercrime authorities;
(e) regulatory authorities;
(f) law enforcement agencies.
The Company may preserve, disclose, produce, or share records, logs, communications, identity records, payment records, or other information where legally required or where reasonably necessary for investigation, safety, fraud prevention, enforcement, or legal compliance.
The Company may temporarily suspend accounts, payments, bookings, or Platform access during investigation of complaints, suspicious conduct, fraud, safety risks, criminal allegations, or legal proceedings.
The Company reserves the right to reject, investigate, contest, or take legal action in respect of:
(a) fraudulent claims;
(b) fabricated complaints;
(c) refund abuse;
(d) extortion attempts;
(e) false allegations;
(f) malicious complaints;
(g) misuse of grievance mechanisms.
Users shall be liable for losses caused due to fraudulent or malicious conduct.
The Platform may use:
(a) automated systems;
(b) artificial intelligence systems;
(c) algorithmic matching;
(d) automated fraud detection;
(e) automated pricing systems;
(f) recommendation systems;
(g) ranking systems;
(h) predictive systems;
(i) geo-location systems;
(j) automated customer support systems.
The Company does not guarantee that automated systems will always be:
(a) error free;
(b) uninterrupted;
(c) unbiased;
(d) accurate;
(e) suitable for every User.
Display, visibility, pricing, rankings, recommendations, promotions, or availability may depend on marketplace conditions and algorithmic parameters determined by the Platform.
Ratings, reviews, comments, and feedback displayed on the Platform constitute opinions of Users only.
The Company does not independently verify:
(a) truthfulness;
(b) accuracy;
(c) completeness;
(d) reliability;
(e) authenticity;
of reviews or ratings.
Users shall independently exercise judgment before relying upon ratings, reviews, or recommendations.
The Company shall not be liable for reliance placed on reviews, ratings, or feedback.
Any:
(a) safety fee;
(b) insurance fee;
(c) protection fee;
(d) warranty fee;
(e) support fee;
displayed on the Platform shall not constitute a guarantee of:
(i) safety;
(ii) service quality;
(iii) theft protection;
(iv) damage protection;
(v) conduct;
(vi) service outcomes.
Any insurance, protection program, support mechanism, reimbursement assistance, or limited warranty support shall always remain subject to:
(a) insurer approval;
(b) investigation;
(c) supporting evidence;
(d) exclusions;
(e) policy terms;
(f) monetary limits;
(g) eligibility conditions.
Nothing on the Platform shall be interpreted as blanket insurance coverage or guaranteed compensation mechanism.
The Company has no obligation or duty to:
(a) physically supervise Independent Service Providers;
(b) physically monitor premises;
(c) inspect work quality;
(d) inspect service outcomes;
(e) supervise interactions between Customers and ISPs;
(f) verify conduct at premises;
(g) monitor conversations;
(h) ensure customer safety;
(i) ensure ISP safety;
(j) guarantee legality of user conduct.
The provision of:
(a) identity checks;
(b) onboarding procedures;
(c) optional educational material;
(d) platform standards;
(e) customer support;
(f) ratings systems;
(g) technology tools;
shall not create any legal duty of supervision, monitoring, control, or guarantee by the Company.
Customers shall be solely responsible for:
(a) obtaining building permissions;
(b) complying with society rules;
(c) complying with gated community policies;
(d) obtaining visitor permissions;
(e) complying with municipal restrictions;
(f) ensuring lawful use of premises.
The Company shall not be responsible for denial of access arising from local restrictions or building regulations.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
(a) telecom failures;
(b) internet failures;
(c) GPS inaccuracies;
(d) server downtime;
(e) payment gateway downtime;
(f) cloud infrastructure failures;
(g) cyber attacks;
(h) device incompatibility;
(i) operating system failures;
(j) third-party software failures.
The Company shall not be liable for:
(a) social media allegations;
(b) viral content;
(c) reputational losses;
(d) online commentary;
(e) user-generated allegations;
(f) third-party publications;
(g) defamatory statements by Users.
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Users agree that disputes shall be pursued only in individual capacity and not as part of:
(a) class actions;
(b) representative proceedings;
(c) collective proceedings;
(d) mass claims.
The following provisions shall survive suspension, expiry, or termination:
(a) payment obligations;
(b) indemnity;
(c) limitation of liability;
(d) data rights;
(e) dispute resolution;
(f) arbitration;
(g) confidentiality obligations;
(h) intellectual property rights;
(i) electronic records provisions;
(j) fraud investigations;
(k) law enforcement cooperation rights.
Invalidity of one clause shall not affect remaining clauses.
Failure to enforce rights shall not constitute waiver.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement.
Platform records, logs, timestamps, and electronic evidence shall be admissible and relied upon.
The Company may modify these Terms from time to time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
(a) THE COMPANY IS ONLY A TECHNOLOGY INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM;
(b) SERVICES ARE INDEPENDENTLY PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS;
(c) THE COMPANY DOES NOT EMPLOY SUCH PERSONS;
(d) THE COMPANY DOES NOT EXERCISE EMPLOYER-LIKE CONTROL OVER SUCH PERSONS;
(e) CUSTOMERS INDEPENDENTLY CHOOSE WHETHER TO ENGAGE AN INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER;
(f) THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE SERVICE OUTCOMES;
(g) YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
